10 for 10 - Be Like Bob

It has been nearly 10 years since the Frostburg State University community lost Recreation and Parks Management student Robert A. Norr in a tragic kayaking accident.  Over the past decade, many of you have come forward to create a legacy for this inspirational and caring young man with FSU’s “Be Like Bob” campaign.  To date, we have raised significant funds for the Presidential Merit Scholarship named in Bob’s memory. Thank you.  But we still need your help.

As we approach the 10th anniversary of Bob’s death in 2012, we are less than $10,000 away from our original $100,000 goal for his endowed scholarship.  We have created a short-term campaign to raise the needed $10,000 in 10 days!  Please consider helping us achieve this goal in honor of Bob Norr and make a donation, be an advocate and share this link with your friends and family.  Together, we can “Be Like Bob” and keep the generous spirit and memory of this remarkable young man alive for generations to come.
